Our customer service teams are on the front line to answer your questions and direct you to the right resource based on your needs. If necessary, they will put you in touch with an energy solutions representative or large business advisor. Your energy solutions representative or your large business advisor ensures that your rates are optimized and prepares your contracts. When applicable, they can also advise you on your energy consumption-relatedprojects and put you in touch with the team, company or specialist best qualified to help you.

Composed of experienced engineers the DATECH team 's goal is to support you in your decarbonization projects, helping you optimize the energy efficiency and performance of your business or organization.

Énergir partners
When it comes to selecting, installing, repairing and maintaining natural gas equipment, you can count on Énergir partners—independent contractors who advise you and offer solutions tailored to your project.
Registered firms
Registered firms are engineering consulting firms with one or more engineers specializing in energy efficiency who can help you identify and carry out your energy efficiency projects, when applicable. Please note that only an engineer who is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec can determine energy savings.
